Hi, I’m Melissa Rice, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives—finding a place to call home. While I’m newer to the real estate industry, I bring a fresh energy, strong attention to detail, and a genuine love for serving others into every client interaction.
Before real estate, I built my career as a medical assistant and account manager, roles that strengthened my ability to listen carefully, stay organized, communicate clearly, and provide personalized service. These experiences shaped my calm, hands-on approach and allow me to stay fully engaged with my clients from start to finish.
I primarily serve the DFW area, with a strong focus on Collin County, and I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and clients interested in new construction. To me, real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes—it’s about new beginnings, people, and goals. My goal is to make every transaction smooth, transparent, and successful, while ensuring my clients feel confident and supported throughout the entire process.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my three children and two grandchildren, traveling, shopping, cooking, reading, and getting outdoors—especially swimming and exploring nature trails. I’m originally from Missouri, and one of my favorite local hidden gems is World Springs Wellness Center in The Colony, a perfect place to unwind. I also share my home with my miniature Goldendoodle, Louie, who keeps life fun.
